The incident involved a scam totaling $8,379.29. Police are investigating the fraud case. Theft Complaint Filed on Chelmsford Drive September 26 A resident on Chelmsford Drive reported a theft involving missing mail and collectible cards valued at $3,000. The postal carrier had signed for a package at the residence, but there was a discrepancy when the carrier was questioned.
