Ravenna Police Report Domestic Violence, Vandalism Charges in Weekly Booking Log

The Ravenna Police Department released its booking report for the period of July 28 through Aug. 3. The report lists 10 total bookings covering charges from domestic violence and vandalism to multiple outstanding warrants. Names are being withheld in accordance with newsroom policy. Domestic and Emergency Related Charges Two of the bookings involved conduct connected to public safety incidents. One arrest was made Aug. 3 on a charge of domestic violence for knowingly causing physical harm. A separate booking that same day involved a charge of misconduct at an emergency. Officers also booked one person July 30 on a charge of disorderly conduct for intoxication that annoyed or alarmed others. Alcohol and Underage Offenses A single booking on Aug. 2 included two related charges. The arrest involved an underage person consuming beer or intoxicating liquor, along with a separate open container liquor charge filed the same day. Both charges stemmed from the same booking. Harassment and Property Crime One person was booked July 29 on two counts of telecommunications harassment involving anonymous or harassing contact. A separate vandalism charge was filed Aug. 3. Warrant Arrests Three bookings during the week stemmed from outstanding warrants. One felony warrant from another agency led to an arrest Aug. 1, while a misdemeanor warrant from another agency resulted in a booking July 29.
