Northeast Ohio Musicians Team Up for Songs and Live Painting in Akron

A group of Northeast Ohio musicians and a painter are joining forces for a night that blends live music with live abstract art. The event, called "Singers With Songs, and Painting Along," takes place Friday, Oct. 9, from 8 to 11 p.m. at Jilly's Music Room, 111 N Main St. in Akron. Cuyahoga Falls singer-songwriter Michael DeBenedictis, who performs as Wood Paneling Study Music, organized the lineup.
