The Crash Macedonia Police, Fire, and EMS were dispatched to Interstate 480 eastbound at approximately 9:42 p.m. following reports of a motor vehicle crash with injuries. Upon arrival, responders found a collision involving a pickup truck and a sedan. Preliminary investigations suggest the pickup truck crossed the center median from the westbound lanes and struck the eastbound sedan head-on. One occupant of the vehicles was pronounced deceased at the scene. Three additional individuals were transported to local hospitals for treatment. Emergency personnel performed CPR on one of the injured during the response. A fourth occupant was medically evaluated on-site and released without requiring hospitalization.
