Aurora Recreation Casts Kids for "Spooky Movie the Musical" This Fall

A Northeast Ohio recreation program is inviting young performers to join the town of Halloween this fall. Aurora Recreation's seven week program, called "Spooky Movie the Musical," gives kids and teens a chance to build on camera acting and singing skills while playing ghosts, skeletons, monsters, witches and zombies. Program Details Sessions run September 14 through October 26 on Mondays from 4 to 5:30 p.m. The cost is $239 for the full seven week session. Instructors focus on technique, audition skills and confidence building, all while keeping the atmosphere fun for young performers. Organizers describe the program as an introduction to television and film for kids ages 7 to 14. Performance Day Each session wraps up with a live show. Participants in the fall session will take the stage Sunday, October 25 at 2 p.m. in Aurora. Families and friends are encouraged to attend and watch the group's spooky production come to life.
