Cooper's Hawk brings Napa style tasting room to Seven Hills Oct. 12

SEVEN HILLS, Ohio – Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants will open its newest location in Seven Hills on Oct. 12. It will be the company's third restaurant in the greater Cleveland area. The restaurant is at 3900 Rockside Road. What guests will find inside The 310 seat restaurant features a Napa style tasting room. A covered 64 seat patio offers outdoor dining. Private dining space can hold up to 48 guests. Rich leather, exposed brick and warm wood create an industrial feel throughout the space. A custom swing by Fortin Ironworks welcomes guests at the entrance. The Columbus based ornamental iron manufacturer is family owned and has crafted custom pieces since 1946. A menu built around wine pairings The modern American menu features globally inspired flavors. Dishes are made from scratch with peak season ingredients. Each one comes with a recommended wine pairing. Menu highlights include: Crispy Brussels sprouts with cashews, mint, cilantro, sweet Thai chili and sesame sriracha aioli, paired with Moscato Braised short rib risotto with roasted mushroom, sweet onion, white wine, Parmesan and white truffle oil, paired with Vin Velouté Dana's Parmesan chicken with tomato basil relish, lemon butter, Betty's potatoes and garlic green beans, paired with Chardonnay Prime churrasco grilled steak with chimichurri rubbed skirt steak, cilantro lime aioli, Parmesan fries and oven roasted vegetables, paired with Malbec Blackened ahi tuna seared rare with wasabi sauce, cilantro citrus rice and Asian slaw, paired with Riesling The menu covers lunch, brunch, Happy Hour and dinner. Gluten free and kids menus are available. Carryout and catering are also offered. Wine at the center of the experience The tasting room invites guests to explore more than 60 varietals. Options range from approachable picks for newcomers to full bodied bottles for seasoned drinkers. Master Sommelier Emily Wines leads the team that travels the world in search of exceptional grapes. The company partners directly with growers to develop its wines. The portfolio has earned more than 600 national and international awards. Guests can buy bottles to enjoy at home. A retail marketplace stocks wine related gifts and merchandise. The full bar serves craft cocktails, sangrias, spirit free cocktails and nonalcoholic beer.
