Leadership Hudson Welcomes 13 Community Members to Class of 2027

HUDSON, Ohio: Leadership Hudson has announced the 13 members of its Class of 2027. The group is made up of people who live or work in Hudson and want to make a positive impact in the community. About the Leadership Hudson Program Over nine months, the class explores the many facets of the Hudson community. Participants gain insight into local government, education, business and volunteer opportunities. They also strengthen their leadership skills and build relationships with fellow community members and local leaders. Meet the Class of 2027 Members of the Leadership Hudson Class of 2027 are: Tony Berardi Amanda Boswell Lauren Coffman Kate Disney Patrick Disney Jamie Ganz Kathy Johnson Jon Peterson Anthony Pietrocini Bill Price Ronald Seese Celeste Sweeney Nancy Van Ginkel A Class Project With Community Impact The program ends with a class project designed to address a community need. The goal is to make Hudson an even better place to live, work and visit. Past class projects have included the Hudson Farmers Market, Screen on the Green and State of Mind Hudson. Each one shows how the program turns leadership development into meaningful community impact. “Leadership Hudson gives participants the opportunity to learn about the community from the people who help make it work, while also developing the skills and connections needed to become effective community leaders,” said Lukas Treu, Leadership Hudson board president. “We look forward to seeing what this year’s class accomplishes together.” Throughout the program, members will engage with community leaders and organizations. They will explore the challenges and opportunities facing Hudson and learn how they can contribute.
