The Cleveland Rehabilitation Hospital – Seven Hills , planned for Rockside Road near Crossview Road, is being developed by Cross Hospitals, LLC and Nobis Rehabilitation Partners . The three-story, approximately 62,327-square-foot facility will include 60 beds and is expected to bring more than 100 jobs to the area. Photo by Nino Seritti The hospital will serve patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, orthopedic procedures, and other complex medical needs, offering private rooms and therapy gyms. The project was first announced in October 2023. Seven Hills City Council approved a preliminary agreement in June 2024, and development approvals continued through spring 2025 as part of the broader LSB Seven Hills mixed-use development on Rockside Road.
