City of Macedonia Community Room 9691 Valley View Road , Macedonia Wednesday , June 3 , 2026 7:00 pm Long lost films of Ernie “ Ghoulardi ” Anderson , Tim Conway and “ Big Chuck ” Schodowski will be the focus of a special presentation to benefit Macedonia’s Longwood Manor restoration project . Authors Janice and Mike Olszewski will give a sneak preview of their upcoming book about three of Northeast Ohio’s most beloved personalities . All proceeds from this special presentation will go to the Longwood Manor project . The presentation will be a rare opportunity to see vintage films and performances by the trio , some not seen for over sixty years . They include recently discovered videos of Ghoulardi , outtakes from McHale’s Navy , some of Big Chuck’s earliest work and much , much more . Plus , recently restored footage of Anderson and Conway’s time as a comedy duo . You’ll be talking about this event for years to come ! The videos were discovered while researching Olszewski’s upcoming book and provide a trip back to a much simpler time . They are a prime example of the creativity of three performers brought together in the early days of TV and forming a lifelong bond , giving us countless laughs along the way . Think you’ve seen all their work together ? The word you’ll hear over and over will simply be “ Wow ! ” You will not want to miss this very special presentation . Janice and Mike will also have their current books on radio and television on hand with all proceeds going to the Longwood restoration project .
