Officers located all three children in a nearby wooded area. All were found safe and unharmed and turned over to Westlake Police. Underage Drinking Shortly before 2 a.m. on June 14, officers found a vehicle parked at the Bay Boat Club after park hours. Two individuals inside were found to be under the legal drinking age and appeared to have consumed alcohol. Both were charged with underage consumption and violation of park hours. One was released to a parent at the scene. Officers transported the other home. One case will be handled through Rocky River Municipal Court and the other referred to Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court. Other Incidents On June 11, a male was cited for soliciting without a permit at Lake Forest and will face charges through Rocky River Municipal Court. On June 11, a resident on Glen Park reported a motion sensor light that had been activated for an extended period near a parked vehicle. Officers checked the area and found no signs of entry, disturbance or suspicious activity. On June 13, officers responded to a property dispute in the Oakland Road area. Both parties were advised to contact their attorneys and the building department and were instructed to keep the peace while the matter is resolved through proper channels.
