Man Accused in Maple Heights Medical Facility Attack Enters Not Guilty Plea

Maple Heights, Ohio – In a recent court appearance at the Cuyahoga Court of Common Pleas, 24-year-old Jason Halasz pleaded not guilty to charges related to a violent incident at a medical facility in Maple Heights. Halasz is accused of stabbing a caregiver at the facility on April 24.The charges against Halasz include attempted murder and two counts of felonious assault. The altercation took place at a health center located on Southgate Park Boulevard. Following the incident, Halasz’s bond was set at $250,000.The case continues to develop as local authorities proceed with the legal process. The community remains alert and hopes for a resolution that ensures safety and justice for all involved.
