OHSAA Recognizes Coaches with Sportsmanship, Ethics and Integrity Awards

COLUMBUS, Ohio – May 20, 2024

The Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) has announced the recipients of the 2023-24 OHSAA Sportsmanship, Ethics, and Integrity Awards. These awards celebrate coaches who exemplify the highest standards of sportsmanship, ethical behavior, and integrity in their professional roles, serving as role models for student-athletes and the broader community.

Throughout the 2023-24 school year, coaches associations of various sports sanctioned by the OHSAA selected one of their own for these prestigious awards. The selected individuals have demonstrated outstanding commitment to promoting positive values in high school sports.

Executive Director Doug Ute expressed his congratulations to the award winners and extended gratitude to all coaches for their exceptional service to Ohio’s student-athletes. “These coaches embody the core values that we strive to instill in our student-athletes. Their dedication to sportsmanship and ethical behavior is truly commendable,” Ute stated.
