Bargain hunters will descend on the Sagamore Hills Eaton Estate community this weekend for one of northeast Ohio’s largest residential garage sales. More than 70 households are participating in the annual event, scheduled for Friday, June 6 from 6-9 p.m. and Saturday, June 7 from 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
The sprawling sale features multiple entrances at Valley View, Olde 8, and Houghton Road, making it easily accessible for shoppers throughout the region.
High-End Fitness Equipment Highlights
Several standout items are drawing attention, including a brand new Peloton bike available on Continental Drive alongside designer children’s footwear from Uggs, Sperry, and Hunter. Fitness enthusiasts will find a Nordic Track S22i studio cycle, professional-grade Dyson and Shark vacuums, and a complete Little Giant ladder system with accessories on Acadia Drive.
Serious home cooks can browse All-Clad stainless steel cookware on Augusta Lane, while exercise equipment enthusiasts will discover a Parabody chin/dip/leg lift station in excellent condition on Butterfield Circle.
Collector’s Paradise
Antique collectors and vintage enthusiasts have multiple destinations to explore. Girdler Circle hosts a two-family sale featuring mint condition coin sets from 1979 forward, extensive thimble collections containing 57 and 80 pieces respectively, and authentic 1950s salt and pepper shakers. The same location offers wine collectibles, vintage glassware, and complete China Imperial pattern dinnerware.
Dartmouth Trail showcases antique Amish children’s furniture, solid oak swivel bar stools, and historic wooden tools. Cleveland sports fans will find Chief Wahoo memorabilia and baseball card collections on Bridgewater Lane.

Fashion-conscious shoppers can hunt for Kate Spade and Vera Bradley handbags, authentic Maui Jim sunglasses, and professional business attire scattered throughout the sale. Canterbury Lane advertises a complete “everything must go” clearance including a wedding dress.

Parents will discover extensive children’s sections, particularly on Augusta Lane, which features what organizers call the “largest selection of baby-toddler items” with excellent condition clothing from newborn through 4T sizes. Butterfield Circle specializes in American Girl dolls and complete accessory sets, while multiple locations offer car seats, strollers, and outdoor play equipment.
Multi-Family Sale Locations
Several addresses host expanded multi-family events with extended inventory and special hours. Augusta Lane features a large white tent operation, while McMaster Court opens early at 8 a.m. Friday for their multi-family sale featuring name brands including Nike, Under Armour, and Coach accessories.
Food and Refreshments
Girdler Circle will serve hot dogs, popsicles, lemonade, chips and other snacks during their sale hours. McMaster Court offers baked goods, chips, water and soda, while other locations provide refreshments for shoppers.
Parking and Safety
Event organizers remind visitors to avoid parking near fire hydrants or blocking residential driveways. The Sagamore Hills Police Department will tow improperly parked vehicles to ensure safe access for emergency vehicles and residents.
The annual event draws shoppers from across northeast Ohio seeking everything from everyday household items to unique collectibles and high-end merchandise at garage sale prices.
