Motorcyclist Arrested for Fleeing Police
May 29 Emmett Brown Uhlir, 23, was arrested on Tyler Boulevard near Plaza Boulevard after failing to comply with a police officer’s signal. The incident occurred around 9:24 p.m. when an officer attempted to stop a white 2003 Yamaha motorcycle with no visible rear license plate. Uhlir was charged with failure to comply with lawful order of police officer/fleeing.
Forgery Arrest During Traffic Stop
May 25 Osmar Jose Arambulo, 43, was arrested on forgery charges at the intersection of Mentor Avenue and Hopkins Road. The arrest occurred around 3:27 p.m. during a traffic stop when an officer observed a vehicle with an obviously fictitious temporary tag.
Man Cited for Fleeing Police
March 29 Troy Darnell Lacey, 31, was issued a court summons for failing to comply with a police officer’s signal. The incident occurred around 1:28 a.m. at State Route 2 East and Center Street, involving a black 2016 Kia Sorento.

Multiple Drug Charges After Traffic Stop
May 24 Walter Coleman Mack Jr., 39, of Euclid, was arrested on multiple drug charges following a traffic stop at Collins Road and Munson Road around 9:38 p.m. Mack faces charges including cocaine possession, cocaine trafficking, marijuana trafficking, possession of Schedule 1 or 2 drugs, possessing criminal tools, marijuana possession, and open container violations.
Hotel Guests Arrested on Drug and Theft Charges
May 24 Two suspects were arrested at the Suburban Extended Stay on Reynolds Road following a stolen wallet investigation. Anquinette Nikkia Lykes, 38, of Niagara Falls, New York, and Anthony Eugene Buchanan, 30, of Cleveland, were arrested on charges including cocaine possession and theft. Officers recovered $269 in cash, a gold wedding ring with diamonds, and various credit cards belonging to a Georgia victim.
Drug Paraphernalia Arrest
May 22 Jakia Michelle Walker, 48, of Painesville, was arrested on drug paraphernalia charges and an outstanding warrant. The arrest occurred around 3:39 a.m. at Diamond Centre Drive after officers responded to reports of a suspicious person. Officers found glass pipes with burnt residue during a search of Walker’s purse.
Retail Theft
Target Shopper Arrested for Toy Theft
May 22 Brent Steven Parsley, 45, of Geneva, was arrested for shoplifting a $69.99 collectible toy from Target on Mentor Avenue. Loss prevention officers observed Parsley select the item but fail to scan it at self-checkout around 11:58 a.m. The Return of the Living Dead collectible figure was recovered.
Meijer Shopper Caught with Trading Cards
May 22 Kavish Yogesh Tankariya, 18, of Painesville, was arrested for shoplifting NBA trading cards from Meijer on Mentor Avenue. The incident occurred around 3:40 p.m., and the merchandise was recovered.

Woman Arrested for Obstructing Justice
May 23 Kayla Renee Thuranszky, 30, was arrested for obstructing justice during a warrant service attempt on Murray Avenue. The incident occurred around 12:25 p.m.
Disorderly Conduct Arrest
May 20 Christine Victoria Crabbe, 47, was arrested for disorderly conduct while intoxicated after reports of a woman kicking garbage cans near Mentor Avenue and State Route 615 around 5:07 p.m.
Breaking and Entering Case
April 19 Clifton L. Mosby, 40, was arrested in connection with a breaking and entering incident at Mission BBQ on Reynolds Road. The incident was reported on April 19, with the arrest occurring on May 26. Charges include breaking and entering and vandalism.
