Sagamore Hills police took an on-station fraud report on Monday, July 7. The incident involved two victims from Dunham Road. The case was cleared as an informational report, with Officer Ryan Shelby handling the investigation.

Officers settle household disagreement

Officers responded to a domestic dispute on Springledge Road on Tuesday, July 1 at approximately 7:19 p.m. The incident involved two residents and was cleared within about 30 minutes of police arrival.

Welfare Check Conducted
Officers ensure resident safety

Police conducted a welfare check on West Highland Road in the early morning hours of July 7. Officers arrived at approximately 1:02 a.m. and cleared the scene around 1:50 a.m. Two residents were contacted during the check.

Cell Phone Theft at MGM
Device recovered same day

A patron reported his blue iPhone stolen while inside the MGM casino on Northfield Road on June 23 at 3:34 a.m. Police began an investigation and recovered the phone the same day, returning it to the owner. The case is now closed.

Fighting Incident on Magnolia Avenue
Two women cited for disorderly conduct

Officers responded to Magnolia Avenue on June 23 at 5:41 p.m. for a female refusing to leave the property. After investigation, two women were cited for disorderly conduct by fighting. No further action was needed.

Missing Juvenile Located
Quick resolution to family concern

Police responded to a missing juvenile report on Heights Avenue on June 25 at 1:29 p.m. The juvenile was located within minutes of the initial report. The case was immediately closed.

Vandalism at Northfield Businesses
Front doors damaged at title bureau and BMV

Officers responded to the Northfield Title Bureau and BMV on Northfield Road on June 28 at 12:07 p.m. for reports of vandalism. The front doors to both businesses were damaged. The BMV manager provided video surveillance to assist with the investigation.
