We’d like to ask you a question;
What kind of legal oversight do we have in our state of Ohio when a law firm can abuse people’s rights of proper due process, have convicted felons as partners, intimidate others (lawyers and citizens alike) and facilitate a murder within its ranks, and cover it up for over a decade until new information led to the discovery of evidence?
Mr. Gregory Moore and Joseph Stafford and their law firm in Cleveland Ohio are involved in all of the above. Why is a firm allowed to function for so long without being punished or indicted? The Aliza Sherman’s murder case and the details behind it with them, should be exposed. Mr. Moore did not act alone.
Is our system so corrupt that any amount of heinous action can be bought off and buried? The Stafford law firm has been known to contribute to candidates and their campaigns but to have such a relationship with politicians and judges as to be able to have this kind of influence to avoid implication for so long is amazing.
I really hope that a person or persons (besides the police investigators) find this scenario disturbing. AS IT IS! Are these lawyers so immune to fairness and the law themselves that they can commit crimes with impunity because they are lawyers?
They should be held to a higher standard as they portray themselves to be “the best of the best” they themselves act as judges, and representatives for the rest of society and are supposed to be examples of law abiding citizens. Yet these men get away with so much it’s astounding.
Please be a person of character and ask the question of our oversight agencies; the Supreme Court, the Bar Association, our Representatives, our Investigative services. Or do something yourself to make a difference in this for justice.
Does everyone simply wait for someone else to do something about injustice?
Thank you,
Justice and fairness for the weak in Ohio
