Drug and Weapons Arrests
August 2, 2:10 AM – East Aurora Road Officers conducted a traffic stop for marked lanes and equipment violations. A police K-9 alerted to the vehicle’s exterior. During a probable cause search, officers found drug paraphernalia and suspected methamphetamine. A search of Melissa M. Boggs, 37, of Cleveland revealed additional suspected methamphetamine hidden in her bra. Boggs was arrested on charges of unsafe vehicle, possession of paraphernalia, possession of drugs, and driving in marked lanes violations. She was transported to Summit County Jail for video arraignment scheduled for August 4.
August 15, 7:31 AM – Shepard Road/Ravenna Road A Flock camera captured a stolen vehicle in Twinsburg. Officers located and stopped the vehicle at a Twin Hills Parkway business. The driver, Loudon Graham, 22, of Shaker Heights, was arrested for receiving stolen property, having weapons under disability, and improper handling of firearms in motor vehicles. A black semi-automatic handgun with two magazines and bullet casings was recovered. Graham was transported to Solon Jail for video arraignment through Stow Municipal Court on August 18. The stolen vehicle was impounded per the reporting agency.
Alcohol-Related Incidents
August 2, 3:04 PM – Glen Chamberlin Park Tennis Courts Officers working security at the Twins Days Festival found Brandon Kelly Hetu, 38, of Manassas, Virginia, passed out in the grass near the tennis courts. Hetu was impaired and refused to cooperate with officers. He was arrested for disorderly conduct – intoxication and transported to Solon Jail, held on a $1,500/10% bond.
August 10, 6:01 PM – Interstate 480 Officers responded to a 911 call at a restaurant on East Aurora Road. They located Jaime Jimenez, 19, of Parma, who was extremely intoxicated and had attempted to ride his bicycle against traffic on Interstate 480. Jimenez was arrested for disorderly conduct – intoxication and underage possession or consumption of beer or liquor, then transported to Solon Jail.
August 15, 2:18 AM – TPD Parking Lot An officer observed Domenico Robert Ienzi, 32, of Twinsburg, acting suspiciously in the TPD parking lot near police cruisers. Ienzi was found to be highly intoxicated and was carrying a DeWalt box cutter. He was arrested for disorderly conduct – intoxication, transported to Solon Jail, and given a Stow Municipal Court date.
August 16, 8:04 PM – Drug Mart Parking Lot, Reminderville A convenience store employee called Reminderville Police after refusing to sell alcohol to an intoxicated customer. Officers located the vehicle and arrested Harpinder Singh Dhillon, 51, of Twinsburg, for physical control of a vehicle while intoxicated and BAC refusal with prior conviction. He was ordered to appear in Stow Municipal Court on August 21 and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
Property Crimes
August 4, 3:04 PM – Fitness Center, Ravenna Road John Greer Garber of Chagrin Falls reported his vehicle was keyed while parked in the Fitness Center lot. An officer took photos of the vehicle damage.
August 8, 10:48 AM – Dairy Queen, Darrow Road The restaurant reported receiving a counterfeit $20 bill. Harold William Stewart of Twinsburg was identified as a person involved in the incident.
Domestic Disturbances
August 1, 2:11 AM – Lost Pond Drive A resident called reporting an argument with her ex-boyfriend and wanted him to leave the apartment. Officers determined no physical violence occurred. Both parties agreed not to speak for the night and the male would leave after sleeping.
August 3, 1:07 AM – Gill Court A resident reported a disturbance at a neighboring residence. Officers responded and determined it was a verbal argument between the resident and an unwanted female guest.
Warrant Arrests
August 8, 1:52 PM – Interstate 480 During a traffic stop, Robert A. Basler, 57, of Chardon, was arrested for an outstanding warrant. Custody was transferred to the agency holding the warrant.
August 11, 10:18 AM – TPD Lobby Bryan Thomas Caldwell, 42, of Streetsboro, came to the police station and was arrested on an active warrant with another agency.
Mutual Aid Operations
August 7, 4:39 AM – Sunoco, Hudson Twinsburg officers responded to assist Hudson Police following a reported business break-in on Darrow Road. Officers helped secure the scene, block traffic, and ensure officer safety while Hudson Police and EMS handled the incident. Hudson EMS transported one individual from the scene.
August 12, 8:48 PM Officer Encarnacion provided mutual aid to Solon Police Department as a Spanish interpreter during an OVI investigation, assisting with communication during roadside interviews, field sobriety tests, and the booking process including the suspect’s breath test.
Other Incidents
August 1, 9:01 PM – Moraine Park Multiple units responded to a third-party call about a male waving a gun at Moraine Park. After investigation, the complaint was determined to be unfounded and no suspects were located.
August 8, 10:16 AM – CVS, Darrow Road The business reported receiving unwanted phone calls from a subject. A report was generated.
