Sagamore Hills Police Reports: Fraud and Property Damage

Fraud Case Reported on Valley View Road

A Valley View Road resident contacted Sagamore Hills police Sept. 13 to report being victimized by fraud. Officers responded to the home at 8:34 a.m. to document the incident.

The alleged fraud occurred between Sept. 7 and Sept. 13. Police completed their investigation and cleared the case within 30 minutes of arriving on scene.

Property Damage at Canyon View Apartment Complex

Sagamore Hills officers investigated property damage at a Canyon View Road apartment complex Monday afternoon. Police were called to the scene at 4:16 p.m. and arrived shortly after 4:35 p.m.

The damage occurred sometime between Friday and Monday. Officers classified the incident as informational and cleared the case at 5:14 p.m.

Death Investigation Cleared on Spring Creek Road

Sagamore Hills police responded to a death investigation Sunday evening after receiving a report of a deceased male at a Spring Creek Road residence.

Officers were dispatched at 5:49 p.m. and arrived on scene eight minutes later. Multiple family members were present during the investigation, which was cleared at 7:15 p.m. the same day.
