Domestic Violence, Drug Charges Lead Ravenna Arrests

Multiple charges filed across various criminal categories

The Ravenna City Police Department reported 12 arrests involving 11 individuals between September 14 and September 20, with charges ranging from violent crimes to warrant arrests.

Violent Crimes

September 17: A 39-year-old man was arrested on assault charges for knowingly harming a victim.

September 19: A 17-year-old was booked on assault charges.

September 20: A 21-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence.

Property Crimes

September 15: A 50-year-old woman was charged with criminal trespass.

September 16: A 33-year-old woman was arrested for theft without consent.

Public Order Offenses

September 17: A 56-year-old man was charged with disorderly conduct for offensive gesture or noise.

September 19: A 69-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Drug Offenses

September 19: A 54-year-old man was charged with drug abuse involving a Schedule I or II substance.

Warrant Arrests

September 16: A 23-year-old man was arrested on a Ravenna Police Department misdemeanor warrant.

September 19: Two individuals were arrested on felony warrants from other agencies – a 42-year-old man and a 54-year-old man.

Other Charges

September 19: A 45-year-old woman was charged with contributing to the unruliness or delinquency of a child.
