SOLON, Ohio โ€“ย Simply Greek, the popular Solon Greek restaurant known for its generous gyros and fresh, madeโ€‘toโ€‘order menu, has announced a Simply Greek Solon relocation to a larger space on Aurora Road.

According to a social media post from the restaurant, the current Solon location will operate through Christmas Eve, closing that day at 5 p.m. while crews finish the buildโ€‘out of the new space. The owners say they are targeting a reโ€‘opening around Feb. 1 at their new address: 34501 Aurora Road, Solon, in the wellโ€‘known Heritage Building, just east of the former Boston Market.

The move keeps Simply Greek in Solon but gives the familyโ€‘run business โ€œmuch more seating, a patio and many more featuresโ€ aimed at creating a better setting and more enjoyable experience for customers. The restaurant emphasized that the relocation comes after nearly six successful years at its current site on Aurora Road, which is listed on the restaurantโ€™s website as 33700 Aurora Rd for the existing carryโ€‘outโ€“style space.

In the Facebook announcement, the owners thanked customers for their support and said they will share construction updates and timelines on Facebook and Instagram as the project wraps up. Many longtime Solon residents may better recognize the new spot by the building name rather than the addressโ€”the Heritage professional building at 34501 Aurora Rd is a multiโ€‘tenant office building just off the main commercial corridor.

Once the relocation is complete, fans can expect the same menu that has earned Simply Greek strong online reviews for gyros, salads and burgers at the new, more spacious location, along with the added perk of patio seating when weather permits.
