TALLMADGE, Ohio – Tallmadge Police and EMS responded Sunday evening to a report of a physical altercation involving several individuals at the Tallmadge Recreation Center.
Police said the call came in at approximately 5:34 p.m. on Jan. 11, 2026. Shortly after the incident, one individual suffered a medical emergency and was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.
The incident remains under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Tallmadge Police Detective Bureau at 330-633-4231.
Officials also thanked recreation center patrons for their cooperation, along with Tallmadge Recreation Center staff and safety forces for their professionalism and quick response.
