The organization is looking for dedicated local talent to fill a variety of roles including concessions, parking attendants, ushers, in-game production, stadium operations, marketing, and retail.
This job fair serves as a primary recruitment hub for part-time roles, seasonal positions, and internships. With the Crushers hosting over 200 events per year, including 50 home baseball games, concerts, and charity functions, the team is a significant economic driver for Lorain County.
