AVON, Ohio – The Lake Erie Crushers have announced a seasonal job fair as they prepare to fill more than 100 positions for the upcoming 2026 baseball season. The event is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 28, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at ForeFront Field in Avon. The organization is looking for dedicated local talent to fill a variety of roles including concessions, parking attendants, ushers, in-game production, stadium operations, marketing, and retail.
This job fair serves as a primary recruitment hub for part-time roles, seasonal positions, and internships. With the Crushers hosting over 200 events per year, including 50 home baseball games, concerts, and charity functions, the team is a significant economic driver for Lorain County. Prospective employees will have the opportunity to meet directly with department supervisors to discuss the fast-paced environment of professional sports and entertainment.
