LeBron”s Home Team — Opening April 1 in Akron
A new comfort food concept connected to LeBron James is set to open April 1, 2026, at House Three Thirty, 532 W. Market Street in Akron. Billed as “LeBron”s Home Team,” the restaurant promises Akron”s best bucket of chicken alongside classic comfort food favorites. House Three Thirty, the LeBron James Family Foundation”s community hub, has been steadily expanding its food and beverage offerings since its 2023 opening.
Hangry Joe”s Nashville Hot Chicken — Coming to Crocker Park
Hangry Joe”s, the popular Nashville-style hot chicken chain with over 100 locations nationwide, is bringing its first Northeast Ohio location to Crocker Park in Westlake. Local franchisee Omar Al-Qadan will operate the halal-certified restaurant, which is expected to open in April 2026. The menu features customizable heat levels — from no seasoning all the way up to “Angry Hot” (waiver required) — along with chicken sandwiches, tenders, wings, chicken and waffles, loaded fries, and mac and cheese.
Coming Later This Year
The restaurant pipeline for Northeast Ohio extends well beyond March. Three new concepts — EVOO (modern Greek-Mediterranean), The Legacy (chef-driven shareable plates), and Shinto (Japanese, third location) — are all confirmed for Legacy Village in Lyndhurst. Paper Tiger, an American-Chinese concept from Hangry Brands, is targeting Tremont for a late spring opening. STEAK Chagrin is taking over the former Burntwood Tavern space in Chagrin Falls. And Urban Meyer”s Pint House is planning a three-story, high-end pub experience on Prospect Avenue in downtown Cleveland for June.
