  • Cleveland: Mostly sunny, brisk, and bitterly cold. High: 19°F (-7°C), Low: 16°F (-9°C). Extreme cold can be dangerous for outdoor activities.
  • Youngstown: Bitterly cold with plenty of sunshine. High: 15°F (-10°C), Low: 10°F (-12°C). Extreme cold can be dangerous for outdoor activities.
