Multiple Arrests Made During Downtown Protests Disorderly conduct charges filed
Hudson police made several arrests during protests at the clock tower green on North Main Street over the Labor Day weekend. Gregory Patrick McGonagle was arrested Aug. 29 after dozens of protesters deployed smoke bombs near the area.
Additional arrests followed Aug. 30 when Chester Andrew Lowrey and Jessica Lorraine Murray were charged with disorderly conduct during an assault investigation at a local restaurant. Police also arrested Erick David Sanchez Aug. 31 for criminal mischief during another protest incident.
Domestic Dispute Over Boat Usage Marital property disagreement reported
Officers responded to Alsace Court Aug. 31 for a verbal dispute between spouses over usage of marital property, specifically a boat.
WELFARE CHECKS & MENTAL HEALTH CALLS
Apartment Complex Noise Complaint Resolved Resident encouraged to use respectful language
Police responded to Bard Drive Aug. 31 for a noise complaint at an apartment complex. An apartment renter was encouraged to choose respectful language and continue practicing healthy methods of coping with anger.
Mental Status Changes Prompt Response Officers check on residents
Hudson police conducted welfare checks Sept. 1 at two locations. Officers responded to the Hudson Elms for a change in mental status and checked on a resident at West Streetsboro Street.

Suspicious Activity at Former Ball Fields Old Double Play fields investigated
Suspicious activity was reported Sept. 1 at the former Double Play ball fields at the corner of Darrow and Norton roads.
