Gates Mills Police Reports: Food-Throwing Incident Leads to Parent Notification

On 10/5, a Brigham Road motorist reported a few kids threw food at his car but there was no damage while driving west of County Line.  Officers located the middle school kids at a residence in the 7800 block who were over a friend’s house.  The parents of the kids were contacted and picked up their children and will discipline them internally.   Items were a tomato and salsa.

On 10/5, a female officer assisted Mayfield Hts police at the entrance to Hillcrest ER with a female for a search.  Assisted as needed.

On 10/6 a County Line resident reported two credit cards were opened in his name.  Report filed.

On 10/7. A female officer was requested by Mayfield Hts to assist with an intoxicated female in their jail.  Assisted as needed.

On 10/9, an owner of a landscape company reported earlier in the day his crew was working at a house Andrews Lane and a neighboring resident came out yelling at his employees.  The caller requested extra patrols next week.  Information logged.

On 10/10. A Timberidge resident requested advice regarding the boyfriend of their daughter.  The boyfriend may have be taking cash from her unknowingly.  An officer responded and provided advice to the resident.
