Stow Police Reports: Arrests, Traffic Violations, Theft and Property Crimes

The Stow Police Department responded to 36 incidents between Oct. 14 and Oct. 20, including multiple arrests, theft reports, and domestic disturbances.

Arrests and Traffic Violations

Oct. 14

A juvenile was arrested on Graham Road for being truant from school.

Oct. 15

Officers arrested a suspect on Hudson Drive following a pursuit for failure to comply with a police officer’s signal.

Oct. 16

An OVI arrest was made at the intersection of Graham Road and Northview Drive.

Oct. 17

Police arrested a suspect for menacing by stalking on Steels Point. Another arrest was made on Kent Road for shoplifting.

Oct. 18

Two OVI arrests occurred, one at Kent Road and Charring Cross Drive, and another at Darrow Road and Graham Road. The second arrest also involved possession of schedule I or II substances.

Oct. 19

An arrest was made at Graham Road and Louis A. Dirker Jr. Boulevard for obstruction of official business. The suspect also faced charges for open container violation, taillight and rear plate light violations, and driving under suspension.

Theft and Property Crimes

Oct. 15-16

Vehicle parts and accessories were reported stolen from Wyndham Ridge Drive on two separate occasions.

Oct. 16

A theft was reported on Kent Road.

Oct. 17

Another theft occurred on Eastwicke Boulevard.

Oct. 18

A theft from a motor vehicle was reported on Springdale Road.

Oct. 20

Theft incidents were reported on Eastwicke Boulevard and Darrow Road.

Domestic Incidents and Assaults

Oct. 14

Officers responded to a domestic incident involving unlawful restraint on Bent Tree Lane.

Oct. 17

An assault case was reported on L’Ermitage Place.

Oct. 19

A domestic violence incident involving physical harm was reported on Oxbridge Lane.

Oct. 20

Another domestic incident was reported on Westminster Lane.

Fraud and Identity Theft

Oct. 15

Police investigated an identity fraud case on Eastwicke Boulevard involving the unauthorized use of another person’s identifying information.

Oct. 17

A fraud case was reported on Meadowbrook Boulevard.

Other Notable Incidents

Oct. 14

Telecommunications harassment was reported on Graham Road.

Oct. 15

Officers executed a warrant arrest on Hudson Drive for possession of schedule I or II substances and drug paraphernalia.

Oct. 16

A K-9 unit was called out to Stow Road. A criminal trespass incident was closed on Hudson Drive.

Oct. 17

Multiple disorderly conduct cases were reported, including incidents on Graham Road and Tall Grass Circle. Telecommunications harassment was also reported on Uniondale Drive. A menacing case was investigated on Kent Road.

Oct. 18

Officers responded to a disorderly conduct and intoxication incident on Graham Road. A public indecency case was closed on Kent Road. An OVI incident was reported on Housley Road.

Oct. 20

Telecommunications harassment was reported on Hudson Drive. An obstruction case was investigated on Lynnwood Drive. A disorderly conduct incident occurred on Graham Road.
