OVI Near Triple the Legal Limit
- OVI Arrest – Terex Road / Bridgewater Area
- Nov. 17, 9:10 p.m. – Officers stopped a 61-year-old man from Akron for a moving violation in the Terex Road and Bridgewater area.
- Police reported the driver showed signs of impairment and was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which he performed poorly.
- He was arrested for OVI, and his vehicle was impounded.
- According to the report, he submitted to a breath test and registered nearly three times the legal limit.
- He was given a court date and released on a signature bond.
