HUDSON, Ohio – The Hudson Police Department handled numerous incidents between Jan. 27 and Feb. 3, 2026, ranging from identity theft and school bus violations to OVI arrests and welfare checks. Notable reports included a Stone Road resident reporting identity theft from 2025 and an OVI arrest following a welfare check on a vehicle at Darrow and Terex Roads.
Hudson Police Reports
Identity Theft: On Feb. 2, a resident of Stone Road reported that her identity had been stolen during an incident that occurred in 2025.
School Bus Violation: On Jan. 27, officers investigated a report of a motor vehicle passing a stopped school bus on Sodalite Drive.
Theft: A theft report was taken on Middleton Road on Jan. 27; the investigation remains pending.
Property Damage: A vehicle parked on Aurora Street had its driver-side mirror damaged on Jan. 27.
Disorderly Conduct: Officers responded to a pub on Darrow Road on Jan. 27 for an intoxicated male who had fallen. On Feb. 2, a man was removed by police from a Metro bus on Darrow Road after refusing to exit. On Feb. 3, police assisted an intoxicated subject who fell into the snow at a gas station on West Streetsboro Street.
OVI: On Jan. 28, police conducted a welfare check on a vehicle at Darrow Road and Terex Road and found the driver to be impaired.
Fraud: A resident of Brentwood Drive reported an attempted theft on Jan. 29.
Missing Money: On Jan. 29, police responded to a care facility on Barlow Road for a report of missing money.
Suspicious Activity: A woman working at a business on Milford Road reported two suspicious females attempting to gain entry to the building on Jan. 29. On Feb. 3, officers responded to a Westhaven Drive residence for a report of suspicious activity.
Domestic Situation: Officers responded to Ogilby Drive on Jan. 31 for an altercation between two adult brothers regarding a driveway parking issue.
Sudden Death: On Feb. 3, officers and EMS responded to a College Street home for a 41-year-old unresponsive female who was found to have passed away.
