Broadview Heights Planning Commission Approves New Development

Broadview Heights, OH – The Broadview Heights Planning Commission has given the final approval for a new development project at the southwest corner of Ohio 82 and Interstate 77. This development will include a University Hospitals urgent care clinic and a Chick-fil-A restaurant, significantly enhancing the local amenities and services available to residents.

The developer, Robert Abramovich, plans to demolish the existing BP station to make way for a 12,000-square-foot multi-tenant building. Alongside the urgent care clinic, the building will host two additional tenants, likely a retail store and another quick-serve restaurant.

This project aims to provide essential healthcare services and popular dining options, addressing the growing needs of the Broadview Heights community. The strategic location at the intersection of Ohio 82 and I-77 ensures easy access for both local residents and travelers.

The approval comes after a thorough review process by the Planning Commission, which included consideration of community feedback and the overall impact on the area’s infrastructure. The commission’s decision reflects a commitment to balancing development with maintaining the quality of life in Broadview Heights.

Construction is expected to commence shortly, marking the beginning of a new phase of growth and development for the community.
