PARMA, Ohio – University Hospitals Parma Medical Center’s new comprehensive breast health center is designed to consolidate major breast-care services—screening, diagnostic workups, care coordination and reconstructive surgery—into a single, easier-to-navigate location. The goal is to reduce delays and barriers that can happen when patients must move between multiple offices and appointments, while supporting earlier detection and smoother follow-up care close to home.
In addition to updated imaging and diagnostic capabilities, the center emphasizes guided support through a patient’s care journey, including navigation services intended to help patients understand next steps, schedule timely follow-ups, and connect with their clinical team and resources.
